E.coli derived recombinant. The protein contains Soy Bean P34 Protein epitopes (214-261, 351-371 a.a).

Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.

Protein concentration:

1 mg/ml containing 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 60mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione and 50% glycerol.

Storage:

Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -200C.

Stability:

Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.
