Description:

E.coli derived recombinant.
The protein contains the large hemagglutinin immunodominant regions,amino acids: (106-114/519-550).

Purification method:

Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity:

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.

Protein concentration:

1 mg/ml containing 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 60mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione and 50% glycero1.

Storage:

Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -200C.

Stability:

Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.

Application:

Use as an antigen in ELISA and Western Blots.
Immunoreactive with sera of Measles Virus infected individuals.
