Description :

VMLC is a subunit of the heterohexameric myosin protein, which modulates striated muscle contraction in response to phosphorilation by MLCK (myosin light chain kinase).

Formulation:

100痞 purified human VMLC protein at 0.5mg/ml in in 20mM HEPES-KOH, pH7, 50mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA and 1mM DTT.
