Description
:
The protein contains the full-length sequence of HIV-I core and envelope proteins: Core protein p17 (Matrix protein), Core protein p24 (Core antigen) fused with membrane glycoprotein (gp120).
Purification method:
Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.
Protein conc:
1mg/ml, 20mM PBS pH7.8, 20mM NaCl 0.5M, 1mM DTT and 8M urea.
