Description :

E.coli derived recombinant.
The protein contains the full-length sequence of HIV-I immunodominant regions from pol protein (Intergrase).

Purification method:

Purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity:

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.

Protein conc:

1mg/0.22ml, 50mM Tris-HCL, pH-8, 60mM NaCl, 10mM Glutathione, 0.25 sarkosil and 50% glycerol.

Storage:

Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -200C.

Stability:

Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.

Specificity:

Immunoreactive with all sera of HIV-I infected individuals.

Application:

Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for early detection of HIV seroconvertors with minimal specificity problems.
