Background:
EBV p23 is a viral late complex associated with virion particles and consists of two gene products, BFRF3 and BLRF2.
Description:
Contains EBV(HHV-4) p23 fragment, amino acids:(1-162).
Purification method:
Recombinant EBV is purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Purity:
Recombinant EBV is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.
Protein concentration:
1mg/ml in 25mM glycine pH-9.6 and 50% glycerol.
Storage:
Recombinant EBV is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -20C.
Stability:
Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.
Specificity:
Immunoreactive with sera of EBV-infected individuals.
